A man has been charged with capital murder after two women were found dead and a 2-year-old was wounded in a shooting at a residence hall on the campus of Texas A&M University-Commerce, police said.

I wish more of the smaller name schools become more selective about who they let in because students who don't deserve to be there disrupt the learning process for those who do. Fall last year, there was a big fight in the TSU freshmen dorm involving several ppl ... do you think kids at Rice are having a big brawl over something I'm sure was silly and stupid.
