"This staff has been pretty solid, but when you have success and then you miss out on things that you are trying to accomplish, you look back on things," William said. "Changes are always made. That's the nature of the business. In coaching, we've got to look at it from a realistic standpoint: Any given Sunday, you might be leaving this profession. There are a whole lot of coaches out there without jobs."
