A Monroe mom is accused of child desertion after a stranger found one of her kids in the street.
Angel Renea Scott, 25, of Monroe was charged with misdemeanor child desertion.
According to the arrest affidavit, police were dispatched around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday. A witness said she saw a male toddler walking in the center of the road, heading west. She said the child wasn't with an adult and appeared to be lost. He was about walk onto South Grand, which usually has heavy traffic, when she pulled him from the street and called the police.
No one in the immediate area could identify the child.
After about 20 minutes, a woman who was speaking with someone via Facebook Live said "Oh my God, the police have your kid down here." She said she was talking to the child's mother.
When she arrived, Scott reportedly said she was watching her other four children play in the yard, and the child must have wandered.
Officers asked who was watching the other children, and Scott said a neighbor was but she didn't know their name.
Police went to the residence with Scott. Six children, ages ranging from 1 to 6, were unattended.

She is 25 with 6 kids....let's do some math...
9 * 6 = 54
So she has spent 54 months pregnant.
Her oldest is 6 and the youngest is 1.
So 25 - 1 = 24
54 months is 4.5 years
So she possibly had her first child at 18....and as soon as her stuff got healed up she was at it again.
Apparently she got that good good because the pappy's pull out game was a no show.
