He will lose. Because some of our folks don't know how to act, BPD and Birmingham City Schools asks students to start calling their rides at the end of the 3rd quarter. Schools are not to do a 5th Quarter, the game ends - wrap it up and head to the bus. The home band did what was instructed, the visiting band which is not a Birmingham City School, kept playing after repeatedly being asked/told to stop. Band Director got mouthy and he found out.

Alabama high school band director Johnny Mims denied swinging at an officer during the arrest. He is charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest.
