Did Merlin Santanta (ROMEO) consider himself to be Hispanic or Black? I read where many Hispanics or Latino's don't consider themselves Black regardless of the color of their skin. I had heard about Jet Black Cubans being offended back in the day, but is this kind of thing still going on? Is there suppose to be some kind of advantage?
