If you have a reason to be one of the travelers accounted for in that monthly report, you can complete the DOT’s online Air Travel Complaint form (or call the Department at 202-366-2220) and then…you wait. The DOT’s regulations require the airlines to acknowledge the receipt of your complaint within 30 days and to provide “a substantive response” within 60 days. Good luck.
