Jpg files to Shockwave files

Can someone give me instructions on how to convert jpg files to shockwave format.

I have three jpg images that I copied from the internet and I want to combine them on a website so when the site opens the pictures plays one at a time right after each other, and just stay in a continous loop until the site is closed.

If you can do it for or explain it to me, I can send you the pictures for your help.

You may just want an animated GIF instead. To do the shockwave files you would need access to Flash or Swish. To do the GIF you could use Fireworks. I am sure there are some free editors out there for animated GIF's but I doubt it for the shockwave files. The editors will step you through creating the animation.
