It is embarrassing for me to admit this, but I had to go to the Urban Dictionary to find out what OPP meant. Hell, I find myself having to go to the Urban Dictionary quite often these days. LOL!! But anyway, sorry I cannot answer your question.

I haven't listened to this particular song, but typically in today's culture, "opp" = opposing gang member.
