Dude is awesome as Lil Murda. I personally think the Lil Murda-Uncle Clifford dynamic is some of the best written stuff with Black LGBT characters. Hell, scratch that ... some of the best written stuff with Black characters. The characters weren't caricatures. They felt like real, 3-dimensional people going through things.
J. Alphonse Nicholson deserves an Emmy win, at least a nomination. However, I think he's gonna get snubbed because he has too much melanin and SOME voters might look at P Valley as a "Black show"
