Looks like a lot of DVD players and Playstation 2's will be sold during these rebate months. You got to remember that all those less expensive DVD players don't have all the functions of some of the others that cost a little more. Picture quality & sound is a area you must try to remember when purchasing a DVD player. Don't think that this machine is just a mere high-tech VCR, it's more than that. I have my eyes on one thats a VCR/DVD combo, hmmm waiting on the last week of Sept. I got one of those high SS#, so I'm last on the list. Hope they don't run out ink for them checks considering they are now figuring out they didn't have as much of a projected surplus as they first thought......

I am not interested in no high tech, high priced DVD machine. You've gotta crawl befo you walk brotha....as long as it gets the job done for me, that's all I care about.

I'll purchase all that high tech, high powered, high priced stuff once I purchase a house to go along with it.
