You can download the My Fitness app (or a similar one) and it features a tool that allows you to enter your metrics (current height, weight, and even fitness goals). From there, you can enter how much weight you want to gain (or lose) and during what time frame and it will tell you how many calories per day you need to consume to reach the goal.
