How can I get access to the Blue Bengals Den?

What do I have to do to get into the Blue Bengals Den? If there is some sort of Rite of Passage I can deal with it. If I have to get the BIG BROTHERS Stamp's Burgers and free haircuts at Adam's Corner that's cool. I'm down, as long as it doesn't require me giving up a Kidney or any other vital organs.

What you know about old school Stamps burgers!When I was at JSU Stamps burgers and Pierces Pizza was on point. And as for Adams corner, Little Will used to be in the Shop along with Big Mike were the top hair cutters in the Corner.Big Terry always had some food. And old man Mr. Adams always had some knowledge.
