Healthy Snacks


For Me its either

Grapes
Bananas
Granola Bars
Animal Crackers.....

I have six meals on a normal day......so if I feel a little hungry between meals I drink a scoop of whey protien.

care to elaborate on that? do you use the powdered protein and mix it in a glass of water?

Sure Dr.............

I mix one scoop with 16 oz of water.......... I only do it when I get the munchies between meals.

Raw cashews, Bananas, fruit in general, sour apples and penutbutter, Almond butter on toast with banana's,oatmeal( i make it in advance of course and eat it throught the day).
