In Texas, almost every college has a hand sign affiliated with it. The most well known in Texas is probably the UT "hook em" horns sign
I was so excited to see Texas Southern finally join the ranks like 2-3 years ago, however I'm not sure if outside FAMU, NCAT, Spelman, and Morehouse there are any HBCUs that have one?? Can anyone confirm or deny
