I listened to the second half of this game and I must say that Hampton really impressed a lot of people today. To be only the second team to beat UNC in a home opener since 1928, and to fight through all those runs UNC made in the second half, hitting free throws down the stretch.

Hampton needs to double Merfield's salary so they can keep him, because he knows how to teach the game, instill confidence, and inspire his team to play fundamental, clean BASKETBALL (6 turnovers all night)
