Georgians, why did McKinney lose?

I was glad to see Barr got blown out :jump: (I straight hate dat mo-fo) but just wondering what the story is on the McKinney defeat.

Bama has had our share of party hardliners get blown out too, but I thought it was isolated to Bama.

That chick, Majette, she had the republican crossover votes. Republicans voted for her simply because, had McKinney ran against the REPUBLICAN candidate, the republicans would have lost. With this Majette lady, they know they are going to win. She took it like a soldier though. The Majette chick doesn't realize that she eventually will be screwed over by her "faithful" votersn

Bama Has X-over Voting Too.

It's a double-edged sword. We had lots of x-over voting and both sides took casualties.
