Yes there are black people in all parts of surrounding ATL now, and the white folks are coming back to the city taking over where poor black people paid to have all the sewer systems and other things upgraded. We fall sucker to these white folks all the time chasing them to the suburbs.....
 
Pretty much nothing in the metro area is what it was at that time. And, a LARGE portion of the tax base for the City of Atlanta comes from Buckhead and North Fulton... which is exactly why they've been trying to separate themselves from the city.
 
Common sense says Buckhead is a higher tax bracket but when poor people who live mostly in the city of Atlanta over the years at what 80% until the last decade paid taxes when they didn't have the money. If you make 40k and pay $1500-2000 on taxes versus someone with 150-500k household income that $1500K is a lot of money. Whew lawd they really don't teach rational thinking in schools anymore. It's not hard people it's not hard.
 
O..k. That's not relevant to folks being priced out of the city anyways.. they're moving to the suburbs where the white folks paid for the same sewers lol. Hell that's basic city infrastructure so it's kind of a pointless discussion.
