Fobbs extension

31-2 in SWAC play.

39-11 overall.

2 SWAC Championships

1 Celebration Bowl

Also, the article does not state this but I would bet $1 against a dime he splits that raise with his assistants.

They university prolly asked the foundation to pay Fobbs raise, so the university can raise the asst. coaches salaries. They university can’t justify spending an extra over 200k on football alone

He deserves but I hope yall dont get too mad when his luck runs out.

Worry about your coach GETTING some luck....

Wait how is that SEC Coach going for you? Any SWAC championships or Celebraton Bowl wins....right now Alcorn is running the East...what's up that? Thought you all could beat Alcorn hands down.

Fobbs contract extension approved by ULS board Of supervisors

The new, four-year, $1.28 million agreement keeps Fobbs at his alma mater until Dec. 31, 2022 at an annual base salary of $319,000, including a two percent raise that all Grambling faculty received from the UL system. For the first time, the Grambling State University Foundation pitched in to create a $121,000 annual raise from the two-year extension Fobbs inked back in October 2016 that would’ve ran out at the end of the 2018 season.
