Why is he fishing on the Mississippi River? I see that river every week, and I wouldn't fish nothing out of that river.

I see folks trying to catch those big fish like that all the time. They laugh at me when I go to the dam during peak season. They be saving the small fish for me. When I show up they be laughing saying here comes the baby fish guy. 
I don't keep a cat fish over 2.5-3 at the most. I give them away if they are bigger or we use what we call the trade system. I will give you my 5lb cat for two or three of your small ones.
