Growing up in Alabama, my dad kept us supplied in Gulf Red Snapper from his deep sea fishing trips. I still love Gulf of Mexico Red Snapper, the pacific red snapper is crap.
Costco had Whole Farm Raised Red Snapper. Has any one tried it? It from the cost of Costa Rica.
I found a video online and a couple of articles, its seems to be raised properly.
