ok...im working out with that stairmaster I have to say that I see a difference in my tone...but I want more definition in my legs AND i need to build upper body strength. I stop messing with the cardio and move down stairs with the wieghts...so what machines give me the best bang for my bucks!!!

you show is right....

Here goes.....you have two choices....

1. machine

2. free weights

Machines are more for toning and some building.

Each machine should have a picture to tell you what bodypart the machine is for.

We have cybex at my gym and each machine have the little picture to show you which muscle the machine is design for.

Monday...chest.biceps and triceps. 3 set 12 to 15 reps....

Wednesday legs extension..leg curls...calves 3 sets 12 to 15 reps

Friday shoulders and back 3 sets 12 to 15 reps...

each body part should get 3 sets at 12 to 15 reps
