Man I started doing a 16 day at home course just to get you ready for the real thing... Man that ish is insane and will hurt you if your not ready. I'm not sure I want to get that type fit. I still do some of the exercises. Berpies, pull ups, dips, etc...But man not spending the xtra to join as I already shell out to much for the Y.

As long as I use the proper technique when it comes to lifting, I'm good. It's all about control. Most of the WODs consist of squats, cleans (I haven't done those in a long time) dead lifts, dips, running, etc.
