Any one of you ladies or gents on this program? I'm on Week 2 and the workouts are challenging. I damn near vomited at least after the third round. Paleo (Caveman diet) is recommended. It's not easy to follow and you have to be discipline. Let me know what you think. How's your endurance? Did you become stronger?
