Colin Kaepernick to hold private workout arranged by the NFL

Hasn't Kaepernick already excepted a few million dollars from the NFL to drop the lawsuit he had against them.
He never filed a lawsuit. That was a grievance through the NFLPA and it was arbitrated. So he never officially sued them and there was nothing to "drop" in the eyes of the courts.

Stephen A Smith reminds me of Samuel Jackson's character in the movie Django...everything he is doing right now doesn't suprise me because he's not ADOS!
..

Stephen A needs to shut up. IMHO he is started to look like a donkey. He is doubling and tripling down on that stupidity and would have Kaep sign something not in his best interest in a New York rush.....smh It's not his place or decision to make on how Kaep chooses to conduct his business.....

The league then spent more than two years trying to make him go away, but seemed to relent by scheduling a workout for him last month in Atlanta. But that proposed session didn’t happen on the NFL’s terms, and Goodell, in his first public comments about the matter, implied yesterday that Kaepernick had blown his last chance.
