My cousin snores so bad you can hear him outside the house. Lol He sleeps in a separate room from his old lady. They've been that way for 20 years he said. Lol He had the surgery and it didn't stop him.

I be watching Dr. Oz with my old lady sometimes and this was a topic. They discussed how many folks divorce because of it. It's shallow to me, but I guess to each is own. Lol

CPAP! I did the sleep study and was diagnosed as having sleep apnea. I use the breathing machine and the snoring stopped. I'm working out to stay in shape but a lot of it has to do with lack of sleep. I used to stay up late and only slept for a few hours each night. Rest can make a difference along with diet and exercise.

It takes some getting used to. The flow of air coming out takes some getting use to.

I do not use a mask. I use nasal pillows. I could not handle the mask either.

Yeah, two small "plugs" for lack of a better term that fit on each nostril.

Oh ok, I know what that is. That was one of the options I had to choose from. I chose the mask that covers my whole nose.
