Bruce Eugene question

PV had a pitiful offense last year...our second-best game came against Grambling State..our 5-6 receiver was killing Seneca Lee.

Your second best game came against Grambling? You mean the game that Grambling scored a season high 65 points and the defense had their best game of the season allowing only 7 points?

And which receiver was killing Seneca Lee? The best performance was a 4 catch night from one of your receivers for 64 yards. The guy who caught the one TD on the night had 3 catches for 24 yards. If that's your idea of a receiver killing somebody. . . .uh, wait. My bad. This is PV we're talking about. It was a good night.

Gramfan, tp knows nothing. He is simply spewing jibberish. When you ask about jsu he has excuses and blames Hughes. He doesn't look at reality, facts, common sense or logic.

Da trufe!!!

I got the tape...GSU had huge holes in their defense...that 5-6 receiver faked out Lee, ran past the safety numerous times and our sloowest receiver #14 had a 30-yard gain....only thing stopping him was overthrown passes and an injury. Our freshman QB hit you all for 192 yards and was enwcomer of the week.

and in the 1st half it wasn't like you all were world beaters....if the officials didn't call that dumb botched kick and the QB doesn't fumble on the 10...we're in the lead.

if we had a defense...we win...GSU outscored their opponents literally to win...their defense was the offense.

Again, you call the killing somebody?

my point, if you let the 2003 PV offense rack up over 200 yards...something is very, very wrong....but we weren't the only team to have fun days on offense

tbf, you should think about what you type before you let your finger's do the walking and start with your Tigerpride-type antics. If there was something wrong with Grambling's defense because they gave up more than 200 yards to Prarie View's offense, then there was something wrong with Southern's defense and Alabama A&M's defense too, as well as other SWAC defenses. Southern gave up more yards than any of these teams.

PV had 253 net total yards against southern (230 passing) and 249 net total yards against Grambling (226 passing)

defenses had career days against..we had no trouble moving the ball against the GSU defense.

tapes don't lie.

the SU stats were against their backups....we did jack except for 1 drive in the 1st half.

against GSU, we were moving the ball like clockwork against their starters. we kept the fans in the stands for at least 1 half.

Don't get it twisted. The band kept the fans in the stands for the first half.

PV had about 140 yards total offense in the first half. PV drive that you are talking about was a 15 play 73 yard drive in the first quarter. Please stop now!!!
