That is some dirty ish and in addition to financial penalties, some people need to go to jail.
 
No taxation with out representation!
Not hard to prove Americans of mixed African descent have not been equally or fairly represented in this country.
So, how do we get our tax money back?

Americans of mixed African descent's only shot is to completely separate and follow the path laid by the other Native Americans.

I would love to see this case work it's way through the courts.
