Truth be told she was not the first one, there was a woman before her that refused to give her seat. The NAACP did not want to use her for their push instead went with Rosa Parks
She was never noted as the first. There were many before her. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you may be talking about the pregnant teen that the NAACP did not push to the forefront because she was an unmarried teen who was pregnant.

Before you discredit what the movement did by using Rosa Parks instead of the other women who refused to get up out of their seats learn and understand why they chose Rosa Parks. Knowing your history is better than spouting off wrong messages.
