This fella shows up at Council Meeting every week - well he did until Covid and the Council cut out the 3 minutes of Public Response. He is his "own" self appointed minister lol, he doesn't have a church. But to his credit, he does walk the streets to highlight drug houses, brings attention to community needs deep in the grassroots where the Councilors don't want to venture into etc. This video is almost 8 years old.
