Bill Snyder ain't ready to let the young boys have it just yet



I can see Saban doing the same thing. Some of these guys love coaching so much they really can't do anything else and they are still good at coaching. I say let them coach until they drop.
 
He's setup in a good position.

Win 8 games and get to a bowl game and be competitive, he can't lose.

I doubt that he even runs the team anyhow. He's much in an overseer coach now.
