Duration: 2 months +Location: Wayne, PA.

Participate on the project team responsible for the successful implementation of moderate to large projects. Primary responsibility will be test planning, test coordination and documentation/reporting to ensure successful testing cycle in alignment with defined departmental policies & procedures across multiple concurrent projects. Ensures project testing is complete and testing risks are identified prior to implementation. Reviews requirements and specifications and provides input necessary to create quality test scripts. Manages defects from identification to closure through the Software Life Cycle. Test Support Specialist is expected to proactively escalate issues to the Project Manager to alert on potential impact to test schedule, exercise considerable initiative and independent judgment in the planning and organization of work, be proficient in on-time completion of assignments, and modifying plans to meet unexpected situations. Work will be performed under general direction of a Project Manager. Develops and sustains appropriate relationship with Credit & Risk Domain members and other Project team members. Test Planning · Define, along with stakeholders, the test plan (test approach) employing plan, do, check, act methodology· Conduct & document Product Risk Analysis, along with stakeholders· Ensure alignment of testing and associated deliverables within overall Milestone Planning and specific project planning· Define & document test scripts, utilizing subject matter experts in both Business and IT departments· Coordinate and facilitate test script review sessions to ensure accuracy, quality and completeness of test scenarios Test Execution/Coordination· Ensure execution of test plan· Provide testing coordination assistance to Credit & Risk Domain members (‘end user’)and IT members (tracking on progress, defect reporting, re-testing, etc)· Manage customer expectations during testing cycle· Drives defects towards resolution; proposes and designs retest cases, scripts and data. Contributes to the defect management: defect status, root cause, triage meetings.· Champion IT change control policies during testing lifecycle with support of Project Manager · Utilize negotiation skills to evaluate priorities and resolve conflicts during testing phase· Create and execute formal sign off and acceptance with customers and involved IT departments Documentation & Reporting· Analyze test results ; verify tested solutions are aligned with requirements & designs· Register and file results of testing in accordance with departmental policies & procedures· Present results to Project Manager and/or related Manager · Evaluate test process with customers periodically· Status reporting of testing progress and defects during testing phases· Participate in project meetings to provide updates on testing deliverables, testing milestones, etc.; Let me know if you would be interested in pursuing this position.
