Are you ditching Bank of America?

I thought about leaving them a few years ago, but now my mortgage is with them as well. I haven't had any issues that have made me want to ditch them in a long time. I'll stay put for now.

Do you guys think the Feds have the guts to go after them. The feds gave Wells Fargo a pass. I got a feeling BOA going to have to cough up some money in lawsuits though.

Dang Right...I've never like the big banks. I work with small banks/credit unions only.

The Big Banks want my money and don't want to give me anything for making them richer.

They are not my bank, but what I have been reading is they are charging a lot of fees for checking accounts. I dont know if thats for everybody of just people with a small amount of money in the bank.

I want yall to google in "Deborah Saunders and Barry Boswell" and see the lawsuits that are going on behind closed doors. Barry is a friend of mine and Deborah is a "Forensics Mortgage Specialist." She know how to dissect your mortgage papers and tell you every bit of your mortgage work that involves fraud. These alleged fraud cases are being settled everyday without our knowledge. She's one of the "baddest" sistas in the U.S.---Those two individuals along with the State of Georgia are suing a lot of the big banks you'll are talking about. It's rare that our people understand mortgage documents and related paperwork. Some that had their houses foreclosed on them or those that are going through the process could have had a little more knowledge and would still be in their homes today. California is now suing the big banks the same way Georgia has done it. More than likely if yall check your "Land Deeds" in the local County Court House, you may find "MERS" (Mortgage Electronic Registration) somewhere in your paperwork, and if you do, according to experts fraud is involved in your mortgage. I strongly advise everyone of you to refer friends to the people names above and at least get some good info.--"Deborah Saunders and Barry Boswell" are involved in quite a few lawsuits regarding your paperwork regardless whether you have been paying your mortgage on time or whether you've been late. You need to know which banks have deprived you of your legitimate rights. I've been told that "MERS" is trying to get their names off a lot of mortgages, because they have been operating illegally in some states and they purposely loose that paperwork so you wouldn't know who's the actual holder of your note. It's also claimed that "MERS" haven't paid taxes in a lot of states and owes billions of dollars alone just from California. This info. is deeper than any of us could imagine, but do look this info. up and contact those individuals in privacy.
