Ab workout: Ab Coaster

I've seen the infomercial for this devc too numerous times and thought it another farce but after using it @ the gym for the 1st time yester, I am sore as heck. I'm sure it exercised muscles I'd never been able to get to unless I was doing leg raises.

If you have access to it, I strongly suggest incorporating it into your workout.

But, didn't it hurt your knees and elbows? It doesn't look comfortable.

I have TERRIBLE knees T46 and it was very comfortable on mine. There was no pressure on the elbows either. It's quite comfortable. If you have an opportunity to try it, I recommend it.

Yeah man that thing gets you right.....

My stomach, all 8 of them lol, was tight when I got up from that thing. There were 2 anglo ladies waiting to use it after me and when I saw them in the mirror on my last set of 40, I started hunching and rolling my neck around like I was doing it. They smiled and did that sharp "HELL-LOOOOOOW" when I turned about and made eye contact w/ them. :emlaugh:

Looks interesting but also looks very pricey...I'll stick with the two ab machines I have. I've found that as long as I actually USE THEM, they work ok.
