14 minute cardio workout


I do these 15 minutes workouts a lunch. Run a 10 minute mile and 15 minute circuit and go back to work..

Today, I did the warm-up from Insanity Max Cardio conditioning, rested one minute then did this workout and felt great. Those plank to pushups are a beast when tired.
