Vladimir Putin’s forces bombarded Ukrainian energy facilities within hours of Donald Trump’s boast that he had secured a partial ceasefire.

Trump, 80, announced Sunday that Russia and Ukraine had agreed to immediately stop attacking each other’s energy infrastructure. While providing no details of the supposed breakthrough, he declared on Truth Social that the two countries had reached an agreement. “Both parties have agreed. Do not break it!” the U.S. president wrote.

Except nobody else seems to have got the memo.
 



The problem with the Red southern states is people don't understand the reality especially uneducated functional illiterates of MAGA. I mean I'm a true southern country boy. I love living in the South, but I also understand the reality that Alabama Mississippi Arkansas Louisiana West Virginia Tennessee Oklahoma South Carolina Georgia Texas finish last in education quality of life health care and income. In fact under Texas Democrat governor Texas was ranked 7th in education. Now since Bush became governor and the Republicans took over Texas is 41. Make that make sense

I think we've talked about this before, but could someone help me with why so many black people don't understand the difference between religion and white Christian Nationalism white supremacy? I see all these black fools on social media talking about they vote MAGA because of Christian views. I used to wonder how did Jim Jones get those people to drink the kool aid but now I understand. If you tell them the white Christian Nationalism is KKK land and not true Christianity there favorite go to is you're going to hell, and my response is you will be there right beside following white National Christianity.

But Reuters/Ipsos polling and interviews with white evangelical Christians show they remain his most reliable constituency and could prove crucial in the November 3 midterm elections.


With Republicans on the defensive amid record-low approval ratings for Trump, strong evangelical turnout could help the party limit losses driven by voter frustration over the cost of living and the war in Iran.

That loyalty was on display last week at Village Church, an evangelical congregation in Blythewood, South Carolina, where hundreds of worshippers gathered for a weekly “Bible and Politics” sermon by Pastor Erik Estep. The backdrop: an unexpectedly competitive race for a Republican-held US Senate seat.

Speaking in the main worship hall, framed by a giant video screen and concert-style lighting, Estep did not endorse a candidate or party. But as he spoke against gambling, following sermons on abortion and socialism, he urged his predominantly white parishioners to view politics through a biblical lens.

Trump shares Google’s response to renaming Atlantic Ocean request​


President Donald Trump has claimed he spoke to Google about renaming a body of water after himself, saying the technology company rejected the idea because oceans border multiple countries.

Trump told supporters at Wednesday’s rally in South Carolina that he asked Google CEO Sundar Pichai to suggest renaming either the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean the “Trump Ocean,” but was told it could not because oceans span numerous countries.

Trump said he had contacted Pichai after Google updated its maps to reflect the renaming of the Gulf of Mexico as the Gulf of America for U.S. users.
