Is always interesting to me when coaches and fans in general want these youngsters to “stay and fight it out”. How long do they want them to fight it out? A two years? Three? Waste their entire career? Yes they will have compete for a spot at wherever school they go to. But in the real world if you been with a company for a while, worked your tail off and you still haven’t received a promotion. Why would you stay? Why wouldn’t you explore other options?
