The trumpets are playing together true
But the I've band needs too. The sound has improved yes and I see y'all not doing that extra over blowing. I like the old hoe check though. But I can see the SOD having a better season than last. Good job SOD. DONT SOUND BAD AT ALL FOR WEEK ONE.

And just be the SOD stop worrying about who across the field and being louder just be SOD.

agreed on the louder part. seems we became obsessed with volume the last few years and lost a ton of our sound quality.
We made some strides in 2018 gaining it back but loss focus towards the end of the year for reasons I won't state here.
It's good to see that 2019 we are recommitting to sound quality and balance.
For example this song sounds completely different from previous years sound quality wise.
Alcorn trumpets are really boosting the quality and even the arrangement itself.
