Uh you do know our Frat GoodFella is a UAPB/JSU guy. LOL. So he indeed cares about JSU so that's why he started the thread. Haven't you been around when they have went in on him calling him flopfella because he went to both schools.

Frat that don't matter the fact is that he is at JSU and I'm sure him and the Queen are discussing power moves. Talk about the state of current JSU football all you want but you can't negate the fact that JSU get's busy when its time. The Queen and Magic about the business mane
But if she is leaving. What power moves can they be discussing? You would have thought she would have had him use his influence on this last coaching hire. I wonder was GR in the audience to see the greatest Laker of all time. LOL.

Actually with the rumors there are about the Queen and Viv. Maybe Magic or his son need to be looking at her daughter with a side eye or they may like keeping it in the family. Just saying.
Haven't you been paying attention to all of the moves being made at JSU, or do you turn a blind eye to JSU's progress as an institution? Like I try to tell y'all on this board JSU will be fine despite the recent football coach being hired. The Queen excels in making power moves, when it comes to sports she needs a little guidance I will admit that. Since we were talking about attendance I decided to post who was at attendance for JSU this week. Stay tuned

Because it's funny when they start posting pictures of Magic visiting their campus as way to belittle other HBCUs. What they don't realize, Magic is far from being the richest Black person in America and most of his money is tied up with those other folks in Los Angeles. If that's the case, the HBCU that should benefit the most for being associated with an rich alum is TnSU and I'm sure they know who I am talking about. IMO, Da Queen uses her daughter's father-in-law (Magic) as a means of keeping her employment. Whenever there's troubles at jSU, somehow Magic shows up to deliver promises that can't be delivered in order to keep them believing that big things are about to happen. If Magic had that kind of juice in obtaining funds for jSU, the domed stadium would have already been built.

Magic Johnson's wife cookie uncle (Pops who ran the gameroom if im not mistaken) worked at AAMU for decades and still lives here...Magic Johnson has been to A&M & Huntsville plenty of times...

its not a big deal people around here knew Pops was related to Cookie.. but Magic has donated money to AAMU and ASU as well...
I don't think our administration has begged him for money off the strength of Cookie's ties to AAMU ...It just so happens his wife's family member is a well known normalite and they come to visit ever so often just like others visit their families. I don't think it would be right to hassle him over money when he is just coming to see family...that's wrong and not the way to operate as a school
