I think the internet tax law is unfair. In 1992 the Supreme Court said that state's cannot collect sales tax from a business if it is not physically located in that state.
If you have an online business,and if every state in the union adopts this law,just imagine the paperwork a person would have to fill out for each state in the union.

You know if companies had lower tax rates,they can create larger tax bases-(people who work for the corporations) in the cities where they have their offices. And with a large tax base,states would generate enough tax revenue just from sales alone by these employees spending money in the community.
