I'm biased...but I definitely think the refs were in the jags corner. Our defensive linemen were being held all game long...especially on pass plays.
I recall Kendall Robinson (#91) jersey was stretched so hard that he snapped back like it was a bungee cord. The Back Judge watched the whole thing and never went for his flag. The halfback pass to the endzone should have been an interference call on the SU db but again no flag.
Oh BTW...did yall see the idiot who tried to mark offensive pass interference against the jags off against the defense. Thing is, he was wearing a Black hat so why the fuccck was he announcing the penalty anyway. So embarassing on national television. :smh:

Man, Warren Matthews makes Tray looks like Dan Marino, Jim Kelly, like Jim McMahon, like Phil Simms, like, like, like, Randall Cunningham. That Matthews kid is a waste of a scholarship. He's pure trash. Garbage at its finest. I sure hope he's STILL there next year.

Truth is Jax we played the same teams in Conference except two and we both lost to the MeWACK and same OVC team.
The difference is you had 26 seniors and a all world QB and backup QB. Yet you stumbled later in the season. You should have known your team would get weaker based on your non existant off season workout plan. Next season will be a bear for SU. Keep killing QB's with that QB run first offense..
JSU on the other hand started slow with young players and lost several starters to injury. Yet we didn't fold and we beat all the teams left. We have a great future and Freshmen starters who got to see all of you most of the season. Oh yeah we have a off season workout plan and it's showing now.
Man just make sure you are there to help wash and store those powder blue unis for next season.. Pete, orlando and Graves aint going nowhere...

So...lemme get this straight....
No offseason program work out program led to us losing to Grambling, Tenn St, UH, FAMU and PV.
No offseason program made us #1 in total offense
No offseason program made B Lee #1 in the SWAC in Passing
No offseason program made J Stewart #1 in TD receptions.
Injuries happen in football. It is what it is. All I can say is when you look at the games we should have won(PV, Gram, FAMU and TENN St) bad coaching and mistakes. Its a part of the game.

Jax you spend a lot of time discrediting my team yet you can't see that coaching can only get you so far.
Your #1 offsense has been so so the last 4 games. Not scoring a single point on Bamma State. Meaning they wore down.
Bee lee is number one cause he throws a lot of screens and short passes to WR's and RB's who pic up YAC. He is in deed over rated with his side arm delivery and inability to stay healthy due to him running to dayum much.. He wore down.
Stewart made those in a few games but came up iffy over the last three or four games. #12 was not a TD and you know it saw it on the replay. He never had the ball. He wore down
Smith was hurt on one tackle in the first set of downs from scrimmage.Wore down.
You defense wore down all season in the second half. That's why you need a lot of points to hold teams off. They couldn't do it in all your loses.
Senior laden teams with conditioning shouldn't wear down like that Jax.
Take JSU out of the equation cause we lost players to MCL,Broken shoulders in the Hampton game yet we didn't use it as a excuse. We just kept playing.
Hey we lost but no team beat us not one. We beat ourselves and once we stop doing that we won 6 in a row. Gram was beatable and you guys could have beat them but you wore down fast and your injured players kept mounting up...
It's been happening for a while now. JC, BLee,Landry,Smith. Basically each year you look good but your players wear down and fizzle out in the in..
