New Orleans, La. (GCAConf.com) – Senior forward Nathaniel Hill of Edward Waters College has been named the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Dec. 1-7. This is his first GCAC Player of the Week honor this season.
The 6-6 frontcourt stalwart averaged 22 points and 13 rebounds as the Tigers defeated Florida Memorial and Coastal Georgia. His 23 points and 14 boards against Coastal Georgia were both season-highs. Hill leads the GCAC in rebounding at 10.5 rebounds per game and ranks eighth nationally in that category. He is the only player in the conference averaging a double-double with 17 points and 10.5 rebounds.
