Venus Williams blew Jennifer Capriati away 6-4, 6-2 on Friday to join her sister Serena in the finals becoming the first sisters to play in a Grand Slam singles final in 117 years. Serena Williams pounded Martina Hingis 6-3, 6-2 on Friday afternoon.

I bet Richard is one happy man. I hope they split sets and play down to the wire!!!

Venus is serving for the match. She won the first set 6-2 and leading 5-4.

This was quite an event for the sisters to take center stage @ prime time.
