From what I've seen thusfar, Grambling State University is eons above everyone, no diss to Southern U because I believe they too have an overly capable squad offensively, defensively, and special teams wise but haven't seen them face to face just yet.
Grambling State has the complete package, imho, offensively and defensively. That also includes the coaching department.
