No man, you should have heard Lem "Slick Black" Barney and Charley Neal. My man Neal was trying to remember GSU's basketball coach Larry Wright's last name. Ole "Slick Black" Lem kept saying "Porter", "Porter". Neal said, "No not Porter" as he continued to struggle with the name. Finally someone slipped him paper with the name Wright, and he said..."It's Wright, Larry Wright, not Doug Porter".
"Slick Lem" still trying to be smooth said, "yeah right, I was thinking of the athletic director". He "Slick", you might want to know the AD's name is Albert Dennis.
Will these announcers please use the time prior to the game to get to know the personnel and school officials. Charley even call GSU's President Warner, President Anderson at the conclusion of the half time interview. That's sad!!!
