Ok I wish that whoever is voting in these polls would take their vote seriously and pay adayumttention to what tha hell they are doing:

how does a team that is ranked 4th (BC) lose and move up to 3rd?

and how does a team that is ranked 9th (TnST) lose and be 1-2 overall and only fall one spot - they were 8th?

And how does AAMU gets 5th place after being blasted by GSU 44-0.

We didn't get 5th place for being blasted by Gram....:shame:

We got 5th place for beating an undefeated Mississippi Valley team! :hat:

Why are you attempting to focus on old isht while review this week's poll??? :xeye:

FY...

The poll STILL isn't too credible, but I was just answering your question...:D

I guess Bama State should be ahead of AAMU after beating 0-2 TxSU, and 0-3 Pine Bluff? Not just that, but I guess SU should be ahead of AAMU after loosing to MVSU (who we beat) and winning against PV. Yes, you alls logic is undeniable.

I think Dick Simpson's poll stinks so I've done my own.

GRAMFAN's 1-AA BCF Poll

1. South Carolina State (3-0)
Very impressive opening game win over 2004 SWAC champ ASU.
Week 3: beat Bethune Cookman, 27-24
Week 4: open

2.Hampton (3-0)
Could be #1 but after seeing them struggle against lowly JSU. . .NOT!!!!
Week 3: beat NC A&T, 31-14
Week 4: vs Morgan State at East Rutherford, NJ

3.Grambling State (1-1)
Very impressive in 44-0 rout of AAMU a week ago; Overmatched at Washington State
Week 3: lost to Washington State, 48-7
Week 4: open

4.Bethune Cookman (2-1)
Came very close to being 3-0 but lost a heartbreaker to #1 ranked South Carolina State
Week 3: lost to South Carolina State, 27-24
Week 4: at Norfolk State

5.Alabama State (2-1)
After being pushed by a bad Texas Southern team, UAPB was just what the doctor ordered
Week 3: beat UAPB, 41-10
Week 4: vs Alcorn State

6.Alabama A&M (2-1)
Looked really bad against Grambling. Amazing that they can win a game, let alone two.
Week 3: beat Mississippi Valley, 27-13
Week 4: vs Allen

7.Mississippi Valley (2-1)
Thought they had turned the corner but lost to Alabama A&M by 2 touchdowns
Week 3: lost to Alabama A&M, 27-13
Week 4: vs Jackson State

8.Southern (1-1)
Lost to Mississippi Valley and led Prarie View 3-0 at halftime. Enough said!
Week 3: beat Prarie View, 38-0
Week 4: vs Albany State

9.Delaware State (2-1)
Don?t let the 2-1 record fool you. One of their wins came against Millersville.
Week 3: lost to James Madison, 65-7
Week 4: at Coastal Carolina

10.Tennessee State (1-2)
Only win came against JSU. Lucky for them I wasn?t able to find another 1-AA BCF team worth ranking.
Week 3: lost to Tennessee-Martin, 42-20
Week 4: vs FAMU at Atlanta, GA

Not with SU at #4 over Grambling........ And yawl loss was to a doormat SWAC team and your win was to a team that everybody beats...... We beat a descent A&M team and lost to a good Pac 10 team that would have put 60-70 plus on SU any other team in the SWAC. If you call that close to reality then you need a "REALITY CHECK"....

After averaging 4.6 yards per run a year ago, SU (1-1), which hosts Division II power Albany State (3-1) on Saturday, is averaging only 1.3 yards per carry this season. :uhoh:
